The project consisted of a renovation of the Hotel Hive, located at 2224 F. Street, NW in Washington, DC. The hotel is a five-level development with four levels about grade.
DMY Capitol, LLC provided Third Party Inspections on this project and offered inspection during the construction of the following:
- New enclosed exit stairs
- New guest room bathrooms in existing sleeping units
- Existing open exit stairs enclosure
- New lounge/bar and food service area
- New accessible entrance
DMY provided Third Party Code Compliance Inspections for building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and elevators.
